Our 120-acre farmland established since 1998, providing stability, continuity, and a solid base for generational farming excellence.

years of history

What began as a traditional shrimp farm has evolved into a structured, large-scale aquaculture operation.
Today, Speed Fortune Farm comprises:
40
grow-out
ponds
15
treatment ponds dedicated to water quality management
7
hectare reservoir supporting stable water supply
4
ton daily
processing capacity
Currently producing approximately 600 tons per annum, the farm is designed for scalability. With targeted upgrades in equipment and modern farming techniques, production capacity is projected to increase to at least 1200 tons per annum, without compromising quality or biosecurity.
This evolution reflects our transition from experience-led farming to system-driven aquaculture, where tradition is reinforced by infrastructure, process discipline, and operational foresight.

The evolution
From the very beginning, the farm adopted a natural, chemical-free approach, focusing on Vannamei shrimp cultivation without the use of antibiotics or harmful additives.
This commitment to purity and food safety has remained unchanged, forming the foundation of our reputation for producing shrimp that is safe, reliable, and trusted by the market.

Rooted in family.
Driven by vision.
We value long-term relationships and hands-on involvement, while building a business designed to operate across markets, borders, and generations.

From traditional pond management to modern aquaculture practices, his commitment laid the foundation for our farm’s resilience, quality, and reputation. His legacy is not just production, but integrity, stewardship, and an enduring belief in doing things the right way.
For 17 years, Eva has led global client relations and marketing, growing trusted partnerships across Korea, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Japan, and Malaysia. Beyond sales, her role has been to connect markets with our story — ensuring consistency, credibility, and long-term collaboration. She focuses on building relationships that last, strengthening our brand, and expanding the farm’s global presence.
Our Commitment to Sustainability
Our farm benefits from a rare geographical advantage: we are one of only two farms in the surrounding area, significantly reducing exposure to external contamination and viral transmission. This natural isolation enhances biosecurity and strengthens long-term farm resilience.
Our sustainability principles include:
No use of antibiotics or chemical treatments
Dedicated treatment ponds for responsible water management
Controlled stocking and feed practices
Preservation of surrounding mangrove ecosystems
Efficient use of land, water, and energy resources
By prioritising prevention over reaction, we protect not only our shrimp, but also the surrounding environment and the communities that depend on it.
